Taxes, duties, and customs

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You must contact us at neil@serenitravel.com before returning any item.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method. It may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account once processed.

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.

Disputes should be resolved through arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa, according to the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. The arbitration decision will be final.

The parties understand that any publicity of this nature can cause serious damage to the other party, which damage may result in a financial claim against the infringing party.
